  7. What is the drainage plan? Is tapered insulation included, or am I keeping the ponding?
  8. What R-value is the insulation, and is a cover board included?
  9. Is the warranty material only or a full NDL system warranty that includes labor?
  10. Are you manufacturer certified for this system, and does that certification affect the warranty?
  11. What does the maintenance requirement look like, and does skipping it void coverage?

The best warranties are usually available only when the complete system is bought together: deck board, insulation, and membrane from one manufacturer, installed by a certified crew. Mixing brands is where warranty claims go to die.
